Returns Policy
Returns Policy
At Submerge, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return a product, please review our refund policy below:
Return Eligibility:
We offer a 30 day refund policy for our Cold Plunge System; and individually purchased tubs or chillers. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. A refund must be requested within 30 days by emailing us at support@submergeicebath.com.
Conditions:
The returned product must be in a complete, "like-new" condition with the original packaging in-tact. If any one of these conditions are not met, you may be charged an additional fee to be determined at our discretion, or your refund may not be granted.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, testing, and re-certifying returned items.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The Buyer may arrange shipment at their own expense, or Submerge Ice Bath can provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct the return shipping fee from the refund amount.
Return Process:
- Contact Submerge to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process.
- Securely Package the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives undamaged.
- Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by us. Be sure to include the RA number on outside of the package for easy identification.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be approved and processed.
- Refund Notification: You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items that are damaged due to misuse or items not in their original condition.
