All US orders take approximately 3-5 days to arrive in total if not faster.

Your home ice bath comes in 2 medium sized boxes; the heavier of the 2 boxes has handles to receive and move around your home conveniently. No special help is required to place and setup your tub.

If you are interested in a Cold Plunge System and you live outside the USA yes we ship internationally and are happy to make and ship a machine for YOU! Just reach out via email, chat, or social and let us know what type of voltage and plug you are looking for and we will make it happen for you at no extra charge. If you are willing to pay the shipping we will find you an affordable option, thats our guarantee.

After your receive your products if you do not file any claim or report about the defect of the goods within 7 days of receipt, you hereby accept the goods “as is” and in the condition you receive them. Should you have any issues with your product or products, you must notify us within the first seven business days of receipt and refer to our Warranty Agreement for the appropriate next steps. We are here to help you, but you must be in immediate communication with us in order for us to be able to.
