Warranty Policy


 
Any time there is an issue with your purchase please reach out to support@submergeicebath.com so that we may work with you to troubleshoot and diagnose whatever issue you are experiencing in or outside your warranty period.
We shall always endeavor to work with you to solve whatever issue is standing in the way of you enjoying your cold plunge system everyday.
 

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY RESIDENTIAL

 
WHAT WE WILL DO
At its own discretion, Submerge shall provide free repair or replacement of any defective product or component that has been installed, used, and serviced normally, within the specified warranty period.
In the event that repair or replacement is not feasible, Submerge may choose to reimburse the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Please note that replacement parts may not be identical to the original ones, and their availability is subject to change.
 
WHAT YOU MUST DO
If you experience an issue with your Ice Bath please first reach out via email or chat with the date of your purchase, order number, email you made your purchase with, and the details of your problem so we can help troubleshoot the issue. Contact Us
If it has been evaluated that the issue requires special repair or maintenance you cannot perform yourself with our direction you will be directed to pack your Chiller into its original packaging, be provided with a shipping label, and have your unit picked up for repairs. As long as it is within your warranty period all shipping and repair costs will be bourn by Submerge Ice Bath.
To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, reach out as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the system from further damage. Once returned the serviced unit will carry the balance of the remaining warranty.
 
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This Residential Limited Warranty is void if: Used in a commercial setting, is used in temperatures below 35 degrees Fahrenheit (3C), the Manufacturer or its designated representative determines that the spa has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or freight damage caused by the common carrier; any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than a designated representative; or if the failure is caused by accident, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the Manufacturer. Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the system other than in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner’s manual provided with the system, including but not limited to the failure to maintain proper water chemistry and chemical balance and the use of abrasive or improper cleaners or non-genuine parts and accessories.
Wear and Tear is not included in the limited warranty. In our sole discretion, we shall determine what constitutes “wear and tear” including but not limited to; discoloration of Tub or Chiller, deterioration of o-rings and gaskets, etc.
The system owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than the Manufacturer or a designated Submerge representative.
 
LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES
This Limited Warranty takes the place of all other warranties, express or implied, in fact or at law. All warranty service must be performed by the Manufacturer or its designated representative using authorized Submerge parts. No agent, dealer, distributor,
No service company or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner whatsoever. The Manufacturer will not be responsible for any statements or representations made in any form that go beyond, are broader than, or are inconsistent with any authorized literature or specifications furnished by Plunge.
DISCLAIMERS
The MANUFACTURER AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect covered by this limited warranty, including without limitation, loss of use of the system and cost for removal of defective product even if the Manufacturer was advised of the possibility of damage, and water damage. The liability of the Manufacturer under this limited warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product.
Coverage under this limited warranty shall commence as of the original date of purchase and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for any reason whatsoever beyond the stated time periods. These disclaimers shall be equally applicable to any service provided by the Manufacturer and its designated representatives.
 
LEGAL RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. There are no warranties applicable to Submerge products except as expressly stated herein or as implied by applicable state and federal laws. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, disclaimer of certain warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so some of the above limitations.
